One Hat At A Time momentum cards and Energizing Groups with Hats leader guide were developed by Christie Latona and Laura Lind-Blum

About Christie
Christie Latona is the secret weapon of boards of directors, planning groups, managers and professionals who want an edge. Christie’s affinity for drawing on the wisdom of a variety of viewpoints was already evident when she was an undergraduate at Swarthmore College where she majored in Psychology and had double minors in Music and Philosophy. Since then she’s excelled in a variety of roles: executive coach, entrepreneur, mother of three children, program coordinator, musician, corporate facilitator, and consultant. Whichever hat she is wearing, strengths-based growth is at the core of Christie’s work.

About Laura
As a business and personal coach, Laura Lind-Blum helps people use playfulness to solve problems and create better results. Her guidance enables people to look on the lighter side in order to break out of ruts and achieve more with less effort. Laura works mainly with solo professionals, quirky managers, and creative individuals. She describes her clients as intelligent, curious, intuitive, playful, inventive and willing to experiment. A graduate of Coach U, Laura has a master’s degree in Career and Human Resource Development, and a bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare.

Joining us in this work is Janet Fox; a kindred spirit and fellow hattitutde facilitator.  Janet cowrote The Playful Power of Metaphor with Christie.

 About Janet

Janet is a writer, marketing consultant and creativity coach. She enjoys collaborating in all these arenas. She has taught 12-week courses based on The Artist’s Way 16 times with Tim Binkley. She has co-authored several books, including A Well-Tempered Mind: Using Music to Help Children Listen and Learn, with Peter Perret. She uses the One Hat At A Time deck regularly, and considers it an excellent tool for putting people in touch with their power and their possibilities. She creates hat exercises for each workshop she leads, and has used them effectively with groups of bankers, engineers, public relations professionals,
teachers, writers and college students among others, as well as in a spiritual retreat for a
                           church.
