RxCDs

Each RxCD contains an audio file that can be played in a CD or CD-rom device and a pdf workbook that can be viewed and printed for your work.  They are designed to raise scores in 50 specific capability areas in order to re-balance the clarity with which one sees people, tasks and systems.  These are designed to be used with the Alignment Assessment process to leverage improvement efforts.
