We believe in keeping things simple. It is our intention that these simple policies help make our relationships with clients run smoothly.
payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards and you will be billed at time of purchase for both services and gift certificates.
cancellations: Please re-schedule or cancel an appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged a $25 cancellation fee.
session protocol: Our services are delivered via telephone. Please call us at 888-879-1428 a couple of minutes before your appointment so that we can begin the session on time. In order to ensure your complete attention and satisfaction with the session, we ask that you call us from a private, corded phone in a quiet area. It is also a good idea to turn off all devices that might try and interrupt your concentration (e.g., cell phone, other phone line, email alert, pda alarms, etc.)
new client intake: We ask that each new client complete a brief intake process. Those client who are involved in one of our makeover programs receive a proprietary intake process that clients rave about. There is a $25 charge for this extensive intake process that is applied to the cost of the makeover package once it has been scheduled.
satisfaction guarantee: We know you will find our services and gift certificates to be a great value and experience. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your session, let us know and we'll make it right.
new hattitude gift certificates are a pleasure to give and receive. They never expire, they are never out of style and they are perfect for people who have everything but peace of mind. As if that weren't enough, we back them up with our satisfaction guarantee and make it easy for the recipient to schedule the service they most want. We are currently offering the gift certificates in two different forms: a pdf file sent via email or a beautifully packaged one that includes a printed spa brochure and gift card insert. You decide at the time of your order how you want the gift certificate completed, what note you'd like included and which format you'd prefer.
